We came in to eat at 4:30pm, the host sat us on the side near the bar which was fine. Upon sitting I noticed the waiter was also the bartender as well. He was waiting on 5 tables on the side, the bar, and our table on the left. My question is why the bartender had to wait all those tables plus the bar with no help?! Granted he was performing the best he could with no other assistance. Our food order was placed about 4:40pm, the food finally arrived at 5:33pm. Everything on our plates were cold and looked as if I was old and been sitting out awhile. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant, especially if you are starving and haven’t eaten.

This is the second time me and my husband ate at Old Charley’s and both times the food portions were small. We placed two orders, one was a 6oz salmon with broccoli and rice and the other was a 6oz salmon with fries and asparagus. We weighed the salmon which came out to be 4.5oz not 6oz and my husband asparagus was burnt. The first time we order this meal from Old Charley’s the salmon was dry and the rice was hard so we asked the chef to remake the food and when the food came back it looked like the rice was covered in water and microwaved and the salmon wasn’t cooked all the way. I know Covid put a whopping on a lot of restaurants but this is unacceptable, we paid $36 dollars for dry burnt food and the portions are very small. Old Charles you need to do better, we will not be coming back.

Ordered lunch "To Go via Curbside Pickup" and the service was very good and quick. Very generous portions, and hot. I ordered the Chicken Tender Nachos and Side of Fries, this was definitely enough for 2-3 people.

This is the third time I have ordered from O’Charleys takeout because I love their southern pecan fried chicken salad. However, when I get home, it’s a huge disappointment. The lettuce is all brown and wilted. Everything is thrown on top, which makes the lettuce soggy, and there’s hardly any blue cheese or mandarin orange topping. It’s a huge disparity between dining in and take out. I can’t eat salad that’s wilted and brown. My husband doesn’t ever want to go back but keep giving second and third chances. Waste of money!! Who else pays $15 for a salad that you can’t eat ????

I ordered the Cajun pasta and it was delicious. Sam, our waiter was AWESOME!!! He was extremely attentive, funny and provided first class service. The only complaint I have were the rolls. I have always loved their soft rolls and sweet butter, but what has happened? They were bite sized, and hard as bricks!!!! Please go back to the regular rolls. Thanks!
