Called in to the "waitlist." Upon entry, my party waited an additional 12 minutes because the hostess couldn't confirm my party, and I had arrived even though I confirmed via text and with the hostess. Multiple parties were seated before us, both large and small. After our parties name was screamed and I nodded my head, the waitress screamed the name a second time, so I waved my hand even though we were the only party left standing by the hostess station. When we were taken to the table, the seat was so ripped and damaged that we were unable to sit down and switched to the booth directly behind us, which was also in urgent need or repair and cleaning. There was a nail sticking out, which i have included photos of, which ripped my jeans and my daughters sock. Our waitress who was switched out after the other one was having a bad day was amazing. Kaylen, I believe, was her name very personable and pleasant. The food was ok except the ribeye. The ribeye was extremely fatty and salty. The overall experience was extremely uncomfortable. I will most likely never go to this roadhouse or any roadhouse ever again. I definitely don't recommend it as there was a very clear divide within the establishment. I also asked to speak with a manager upon my exit, and the hostess did nothing.
My wife has been trying to get me here for the past 2 weeks. We finally went and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The only plus was i could put my name on the waitlist on the website. We got tjere and was seated immediately. Our waitress was nice but it took a long time for us to get certain items. We placed our order which was appetizers and our meal with a cocktail beverage. She brought out our appetizers and the table across from us was just now getting seated. My wife's drink yet to come out but the table across from us received their drinks. We finished our appetizers and had to wait for the waitress to come back to our area. When she finally came i asked about my drink. She sooned remembered that she never brought it out. Now it was busy but how did we get lost in the wait when we ordered our drink before tje other table. When our food came out it was warm. I got the Texas combination plate with crispers and the ribs. It came with 2 sides, and i got steak fries and mac n cheese. My wife ordered the combination plate also and got the sirloin and shrimp. Everything was cold and the Mac n cheese was like it came from a box and it was cold. The fries were cold and made it seem like i was eating carboard with season. My wife's shrimp was cold and steak was too. The steak was supposed to be medium but it came to us as well done and cold. I ask for ranch with my crispers and she never returned to our table. She eventually came when we realized that we could just pay at the kiosk which was the best experience. This was definitely a disappointment with the overall service we received. I don't understand the hype behind this establishment.
Had a little bit of a wait to get a table, but didn't know we were going on kids night. Didn't have to wait long for anything after that. Johnny, our server, took great care of us. Food and drinks were fantastic, definitely gonna come back to this location, just maybe not on kids night ????
Party of six for dinner. The service was simply amazing. The food was great and the portions were big. Beer's were cold, and the waitress, Diana, was super attentive to our needs. The Cactus Blossom appetizer was really good, and the sauce pairing it was great, but just bit too small.
