Ambience is extremely wonderful, very nice service, good explanation on each menu items and seeks for feedback on every served dish. Kudos to the staff !! Soup was good, creamy and has good veggies, bread was seved hot and fresh and it was Yumm.. Mixed fruit drink was my pick of the dinner and loved it.
The waitress was superb. She was attentive to everything. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I also really appreciated that the manager came around to ask how we were doing and was everything alright. He did that twice. A well run establishment. My only downfall about my food was that I ordered a seafood fettuccine with shrimp and oyster or lobster, or at least that was what I thought I saw on the menu, and all I got was the shrimp.I didn't complain to the manager because it was my step daughter's birthday and she was so happy and I wanted her to stay that way. But overall, everything was absolutely great......
Lovely Olive garden. Customer service was good. The front desk employee could've been MUCH more friendly. I stood there with my mother in front of the desk for several seconds, I was stared at until I said " 2 please", there wasn't a "Hi, welcome to Olive Garden, How many?". Not a great start... But we were seated fairly quickly, it was not super busy. I could tell managers were busy training waiters. So... lots of new workers. Our waiter was new but very nice! Our food came quickly. They were out of the warm Italian donuts that we requested. Pretty disappointed in that but unexpected. We still enjoyed our meal. Mask friendly. Although there were many customers not wearing a mask.
My daughter and I went for dinner, we had Adam as our server. Let me say this Adam is the absolute best server I have ever had at any restaurant! He checked on us multiple extra times made sure everything we had was correct and fresh.. offered refills and extras on every visit. He always had a smile and offered small talk, but you know not to much where you feel like you can't eat your food. We left him a tip more than the bill because of course he deserved it, and the highlight of the evening was my daughter caught a glimpse of him doing the happy dance afterwards.
The food is always excellent! I enjoy the Soup and Salad combo. All you can eat. They are amazingly delicious as well! The Staff are always, always, upbeat and personable. I've never met one waitperson there who was rude, dismissive, or incompetent. Pricing is average for the times and quite fair. And the atmosphere is comfortable, cozy, and pleasing. Go enjoy a meal at the Olive Garden today or tonight! You won't regret it.
