Perfect for reasonably priced date nights or dinners. The free soup refill always are worth it for me. The chicken and gnocchi soup is a comfort food. I used to come here every year for my birthday and multiple times throughout, never was disappointed. Their waiters and waitresses are always so pleasant and respectful and their food will fill you up! Their salad is also amazing but sometimes it can be overwhelming portion sizes for just two people. I think this is perfect for families. Very accommodating especially for a birthday dinner PSA: I recommend reserving a table in advance through text message or at the front desk. You’ll get notified when your table is ready and in the meantime you can enjoy the other shops in the plaza
Outstanding experience at this Olive Garden location. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and the food was hot and tasty. Shout out to our server Keanan. He was super nice and took excellent care of us. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great job team for making this a pleasurable meal!
Went on Monday night dinner Pros: 1.the servers talk nicely and take care and recommend good dishes as we did not knew much about Italian food. 2. Food was served freshly made as per server and it tasted good. Cons 1. Not sure why were told to wait for 15-20 minutes for a table when we arrived without checking, we decided to wait and within 5 minutes, we got a booth. It was not really much crowded and we saw many empty tables. 2. This seems SCAM. They have kept a tablet screen device at the table. While waiting for food, I just browsed through it and it had some racing game that I click start but never actually played. I was not on the screen even for 1 min and the charged almost $3 for it. This is the most stupid hidden charge. 2 star review is for this point only.
Food is always delicious and the portions are huge. Like everywhere, there seems to be a shortage of workers but our server was attentive to us while managing to also cover the entire section where we were. One issue...there were way too many purple onions in the salad. A few would be ok but they were excessive!
This is one restaurant in Columbus that is consistently great. I never have had bad service nor a bad meal at Olive Garden. Other restaurants in Columbus, Ga need to take lessons from this place. The service is always great, I never have to wait to be seated and the food is always hot and good. The portions are very large and worth every penny.
