This was one of my favorite places to have a birthday party. The location had more than enough activities to keep each child engaged. Most importantly, the host of the century, ALEXIS was absolutely amazing. She took care of my guest and made sure each child was cared for. I did not have to do anything! She takes her job seriously and it shows in the way she treats others. She will definitely be a requested host for ALL future events. ????
Date night out with the family and we had fun!!! We went with the VIP lanes for 2 hours and we definitely got our moneys worth. If you're looking to have fun this is definitely a great place to go. Not only you can bowl but they have a lot of video games as well. The waitress was very friendly and always check to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a fun night!!!
Usually enjoy this place. Short curly hair employee is laser tag/prize counter is rude and is definitely not good for customer service. She does not assist customers at all. Just stands there making faces and looking stupid unless her peers approach the counter. Absolutely no one in laser tag and she had us waiting without explaining why there was a 15 minute wait for an empty room. Then when she finally let us in she just stood there with the door open making faces. I asked if she was going to restart the timer since she took her time letting us in and she goes “that’s just a countdown”. So when it was at the full 15 the first time why didn’t she let us in? It would have been nice for her to explain why we were waiting if no one was using the laser room at the time. Just inform the guest of how you do things. Don’t stand there making faces like a toddler. Not to mention she tried to charge us to go in when we had already paid at self serve. Once I showed her my receipt she says “ I don’t need this it’s on the card” well why are you charging Miss?? Just rude and annoying. Maybe they shouldn’t have scheduled her on Valentine’s Day because she was definitely rude and didn’t want to be there.
Nice atmosphere. It wasn’t too busy nice for teens and youngsters to enjoy themselves and if you want to hang out for 2 to 3 hours.
Super disappointed..... came to enjoy so.e time with family instead we spent mostly our bowling time walking back and forth to the desk because our lane kept malfunctioning. Over three times for more than 5 minutes our lane was down out of an hour play time!! Staff was less than helpful and seemed to always be too busy. And the drama continued.... some how laser tag cant run on time had the kids waiting for over 25 minues because someone couldnt find their keys. We will not come back to this location again!!!
