Great dental office. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate everything that they are doing and their rates are very competitive. I really enjoyed my visit!
I am truly at a loss for words when it comes to expressing my admiration for this office. The kindness and compassion of everyone, from the front desk staff to the technicians, dentists, and dental hygienist, is remarkable. At every stage, there was someone available to address my questions and concerns regarding my care plan. Having struggled with a deep-seated fear of the dentist's office since childhood due to past traumatic experiences, I was thoroughly impressed by Irina's gentle and professional approach during my cleanings. This is definitely a 10/10 dentist's office!
Great and awesome, from check in to checking out.. I had been in awhile and alot of new staff, Dr Mack retired and Dr Lee has her own practice, but I felt right at home.. Had new insurance and told not covered, the admin stayed on the phone back and forth to confirm coverage, when she could have just accepted my main insurance and had me to work out the particulars with my secondary, but no????she pushed through until confirmed...so I would pay less out of pocket. Here's the kicker????, she comp a service for the inconvenience ???????? and I felt like I was the inconvenience. Who does that, but I have always received exceptional service here.. I love Dr Schmidt awesome and painless , I not sure now my hygienist may have beat him.She was awesome and very personable and knowledgeable.She didn't rush me off through the insurance issues.Hats of to all the office staff ????????????
This is a five star dental practice no question. Dr. Schmidt saved a tooth that my regular dentist had said needed to be pulled. Dr. Garcia has decades of experience and performed a complicated root canal on my tooth with extreme patience and care. Please know your insurance payout to make sure they're in your network. Don't hesitate to use this practice. 5 stars top to bottom
Staff and Doctors are great. Work hard with your insurance to make sure you are getting the most out of it. I really appreciate that. Dr. Schmidt is very friendly and insures you're as comfortable as possible. His work is amazing AND he was surprisingly fast. I know my teeth are in bad shape, but everyone is kind and that means a lot. I never dread going to the dentist here like I have at all the others I've been to in the past!
