Attitude is everything, my daughters first time here, the staff don’t really seem that pleasant, like their rushing you or something. Just remember attitude is everything my dear! People come here for a service and expect to be treated with respect and not given attitude. Have a better day!
Worst Service of My Life! I was rescheduled THREE times for no reason and when I went in for my first cleaning, the dentist irritated a cavity that he said needed to be pulled so I ended up on the ER and was in pain until my next appointment. When I came in for the extraction at 8am, they then told me to come back at 1pm the same day for my appointment. When I came back at 1, the claimed something was wrong with the lights and rescheduled everyone for a month out at a different office. I just found another dentist. Zero Stars!!

I love this place so nice the workers are M's. Brown in M's. Phillips was so helpful with all 3 of my kids today every time we go they make me in the kids feel safe not scared????????????
This was my first time at this Kool Smiles and i wasn’t expecting such a good experience. I heard the wait times here can be long but my child was attended very quickly. Everything was explained to me so there was no confusion. My child’s assistant Miguel was very nice and made sure my son was comfortable, he was also given a coloring book and a toy to keep him calm. The procedure went great thanks to him.
