I have never experienced such caring and compassion like I did just recently!! The Doctor, Nurse and staff alike are so caring!! I presently do not have dental insurance only because ours at my job does not really cover enough, so I took out Care Credit, which they accept. Also they do not treat you any less like some places would. The doctor cleaned my teeth and the nurse filled my cavities! It was a lengthy process and they were so very kind and full of compassion!! The doctor and nurse explained what they were doing and would check on me throughput the procedure. I will be back!!! Thank you!!
I just moved back to Atlanta from Tallahassee and found my old dentist closed the office location I was using so I needed a new dentist in the same area. I was surprised at how quickly as a new patient I was able to get in for a cleaning. They also accommodate my request for early morning appointments. Also they are open on Saturday which my dentist in Tallahassee did not. I am Grateful for Grateful Dental. They also provided real helpful tooth care information at my appointment I intend to implement.
I can’t say enough, good things about this Dental office! From the first time I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office is clean and Modern. Dr. Porcaro is incredibly knowledgeable and Take the time to explain every step of my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. The hygienist are gentle yet thorough, and I always leave with my teeth feeling amazing. If you’re looking forward, Dentist , who truly cares about their patience, this is the place to go!
I’ve been coming to Grateful Dental for almost 10 years and it’s always been a very pleasant experience! Dr. P is always professional and really cares about her patients. The hygienists do such a good job cleaning my teeth and removing all my coffee stains, and I always enjoy talking with them. The space is clean and welcoming, too, which always helps
Omg this was definitely a great experience. Not only was it a last minute thing, Grateful Dental got my son and I in and out. My son needed emergency dental work. The staff squeezed us in between original appointments, gave my son a thorough work up and made him feel comfortable. This is now my family dental group!! We loved our experience!!
