Nayeli assisted me and helped make my dental procedure possible by finding financial options for me ! Everyone at the office is always so kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this office and their helpful staff! Dr. Hopper and staff made sure all my dental needs were met.
I went here to get my 2 wisdom teeth pulled and the staff was great. I was very nervous but the dental assistant Ms. Betty did a great job at keeping me calm, relaxed and comfortable before, during and after the procedure. The doctor was also great and I could tell he’s very good at what he does. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. I will be returning and recommending to family and friends.
I strongly advise avoiding this dental office. I initially had dental work done here in June and July, but I’m now having to repay for the same work because it wasn’t properly addressed or communicated. At no point during the process—before or after the work started—was I informed that the office was out-of-network with my insurance. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the office manager Joy and Kassia were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional when I tried to resolve the issue. Their attitude and lack of customer service only made the experience more frustrating. It’s worth noting that many of the five-star reviews seem to be tied to whitening kits rather than actual dental services. Please save yourself the trouble and find a dental office that values honesty, communication, and professionalism.
PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! This office takes advantage of their patients by making a profit. As a first time patient I asked if the office accepted my insurance and was informed that they did. I have been seen by this office at least 5 times. The first four visits no staff ever informed me of a balance nor did they inform me that my insurance is out of network. They had multiple instances in which they should have mentioned and informed me of such balance and that they were not in network with my insurance. The office manager says she does not know why the office staff ever informed of this information and balance when I checked in and checked out for these visits. This is unethical and unacceptable to take advantage of patients. At the last visit the receptionist said that it is “Dr. Hoppers policy to NOT have to inform patients that your insurance is out of network.” They had many opportunities to inform me prior to receiving care, but they did not. They took advantage of me and my family. All three of my family members were seen and have balances. Why would anyone who knows their insurance is not within network proceed with care any further? As stated above, please find someone else!!! The manager, doctors and staff do not care about their patients. They use their patients.
