Celebrated with the C.L. Harper class of 1984. They chose the EpiCenter as their venue. The space, facilities and Catering services were on point. Good times was had by all attendees. 40 years is a wonderful mile stone. The EpiCenter made this event special.

There are several critical issues here that demand immediate attention. First and foremost, the lack of basic customer service and hospitality is unacceptable. Walking into a gym should feel welcoming, not like you have to manage everything yourself. The entitlement and dismissive attitude some staff members carry is completely unprofessional. Second, the towel policy is absurd. One towel per member? And having to walk all the way to the front desk for a fresh one? This is not only inconvenient but also shows a lack of consideration for members’ time and comfort. Third, the maintenance—or lack thereof—of the steam room and spa is unacceptable. The steam room has been down for months with zero communication on when it will be repaired. Meanwhile, the jacuzzi is consistently dirty, with debris floating around, and no staff in sight to address it. This reflects a serious neglect in facility upkeep and member satisfaction. This is a wake-up call. These issues are glaring and unacceptable for a gym of this size. Immediate action is required to restore trust and provide the level of service members deserve. For potential new members, consider this a warning. If you value quality service, clean facilities, and a staff that respects its members, you’re better off exploring other gyms that actually care about their clients. Don’t settle for subpar standards.

I'd never heard of this venue until I visited recently, but I was highly impressed. They have an incredibly diverse offering for the local community with event space, podcast studio, theater, gym, cafe, bowling alley, and more. The staff was outstandingly helpful and welcoming. I'd highly recommend looking at the Epicenter as an option for a variety of events.

Great space! I am visiting from out of town and got a day pass at a great deal! They have so much to offer here; from arcade & rock climbing to a walking track, spin room and great weight and cardio space. The locker rooms are outstanding! Towel service, sauna and steam room! I took a spin class with Goddess and she was amazing. I arrived early and she helped me with the bike settings. She checked in with the class in the first 5-6 min and she challenged me just as well as a personal trainer! I will come back!

The center was nice and spacious and very clean and can accommodate many events at once. I attended the Black Millionaires convention this past Saturday, and there was another event happening at the same time.
