⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Sky Zone Atlanta thanks to the incredible team of Mya, Daniel, Ashton, and Manager RJ! Their outstanding customer service and friendly demeanor made all the difference. They went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, especially for the moms and children with special needs in our group. Not only were they patient and inclusive, but they also worked tirelessly to ensure everyone received their food orders quickly and correctly. Their efficiency and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, and it truly added to the positive experience. Thank you for making our visit unforgettable with your kindness, care, and hard work. We can’t wait to come back!

Overcrowded on weekends and inconsistent with rules and expectations… staff does not say anything to things that are clearly dangerous (large kid bouncing near small, double bouncing, older kids bullying younger kids which is a major problem here.) What things are open changes constantly so you can’t rely on a fun piece being available. It’s not always open like you’d expect. One visit only: the silks in the past normally have one knot of the two attached to each others that allow kids to use them like a calming swing if they get overstimulated, like they have in calming rooms at schools, and I guess lets them do the type of aerial silk things the kids do in gymnastics class safely, with the rule not to add more knots or tie silks together that aren’t part of the pair, but last time they were not attached and pretty useless, since they weren’t over a foam pit as would be necessary for safety with the current construction of them. Parents were told they couldn’t put them back how they’ve been every other time (multiple parents commented) This is different from other trampoline parks as well. Definitely a lot of disappointment in the lack of calming enclosures there because it is an overstimulating place. Surprised what rules are policed verse rules ignored by employees…seems to be what’s easiest but puts them at risk of liability of severe safety dangers. I know the mom’s group have posted about multiple broken bones etc here. And noted in numerous situations when they mentioned a kid getting hurt by something unsafe in the construction or current behavior, staff did not make an incident report. Trampoline parks, of course, have inherent risk, but when actual safety violations are ignored pointedly, it increases that past the level a reasonable person recognizes by walking in. I will say- sometimes it’s great. It’s just wildly inconsistent. Definitely better to come when it’s not crowded- off hours- and stay close by kid even if they’re over 6. (Frankly, those of you with older kids might need to most because I hope they’re not behaving that way in front of you and the employees aren’t saying anything to them or to you about them when they’re inappropriate.) I would suggest pulling the silks out entirely if the most recent change is permanent and installing calming enclosures/swings of some type- where the kids can be enclosed in the dark to calm down before returning to the action. And make sure staff is around, and focusing on the dangerous things and watching the way kids treat each other. Not sure a kid should continually shove another kid to the point the other kid is crying in front of an employee with no word and I’ve seen that multiple times. SkyZone Roswell is better about these things, though this location is more convenient Definitely fun activities if you go at the right time and can watch carefully yourself- other than the silks as is.

Large, fun space for kids of various ages. Different zones to jump and bounce, private rooms for parties and s food area (though the prices are high). Much better and bigger than the Sky Zone in Smyrna.

Disgustingly overcrowded. Must have been 300-400 kids in the space, if not more. Zero room to move around, let alone jump and play safely. Many areas had no employee supervision. For $27 per person we got a few bounces in. Concessions stand wasted 15 minutes to get a 30-cent snack sized bag of chips for $5. Insulting, honestly. Would never come back. This is my only negative google review in 7+ years. Caveat emptor.

My family visited your Sky Zone (Defy) off Northlake for my nephews birthday. Unfortunately for our 1st time there our experience was not the best. The restroom that had no toilet tissue, no soap and no paper towel in the dispenser. The restroom wasn’t cleaned at all even after reporting it. We went to order food and soda. Most of your items weren’t available. No nachos, chicken tenders or fries. My father went out to purchase wings and fries. I tried ordering a drink and your soda machine nor slushy machine was operational. The host didn’t host nor did he mention the BROKEN SODA MACHINE problem to my brother who was throwing the party for his son. He offered 2 pitchers of Gatorade and only bought one then disappeared for the rest of the party. I tried reaching the manager JR with the number provided and of course no response. I’ll be posting the pictures.
