I walk-in to rent an ally for a hour with my 2 sons. On the door they are having a special event this evening at 6:00 and will be closed. It’s 3:30 I ask for a lane for a hour. Right away I get attitude. He said “ you’ll need to be done by 5:30! We have an event at 6:00” I tell him yes I saw the sign it’s 3:30 and I’m renting the ally for only a hour so that makes me finished at 4:30. So I pay for a hour and get 3 pairs of shoes. He puts us on lane #6. We have nothing but problems. The ball returns isn’t working we waste 10 minutes waiting for it to be fixed. Then the balls are constantly getting stuck and have to call the front deck for get fixed. After complaining about how much trouble we are having they add 15 minutes to our hour. My boys are adults and we can usually bowl 3 games apiece in a hour. But we barely got in 2 each with the constant waiting on manual ball returns and slow pin resets. I won’t be coming back.
